Kevin Forrest post-match interview on video

Thanks to Greg Roth of Sounders Fan Insider/Next Season Sports for this link. That's me in the white shirt asking questions and listening to Forrest...but of course, Forrest is who you all REALLY want to hear, so here goes.
Forrest said leading up to this video that he didn't think he had a great game against the Rapids, but that Coach Sigi Schmid told him to work on thinking ahead and about playing at a faster pace, and it paid off.
