Indoors and outdoors: There's music in the air
From now through September, entertainment goes outdoors, with free summer concerts sponsored by cities and municipalities.

From now through September, entertainment goes outdoors, with free summer concerts sponsored by cities and municipalities. All that's needed is a lawn chair, a blanket and you. Some indoor venues also will have notable shows.
Darrington
Darrington Bluegrass Festival
The 31st annual festival is July 20-22 at the Darrington Bluegrass Park, 42501 Highway 530 N.E., three miles west of Darrington. From Interstate 5, take exit 208 and follow Highway 530 for 29 miles. Hours are 6-11 p.m. Friday, 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday, 8 a.m. to closing Sunday. Tickets are $15 Friday, $20 Saturday, $15 Sunday, or $45 per person for all three days. Headliners are Rhonda Vincent and The Rage, David Davis and The Warrior River Boys.

Edmonds City Park
