Seahawks add another strength-and-conditioning coach

Jamie Yanchar resigned as USC's assistant strength-and-conditioning coach to join Pete Carroll's staff in Seattle, according to USC's official athletics site. Yanchar departs for Seattle

Yanchar will join a conditioning staff headed by Chris Carlisle, who came to USC with Pete Carroll in 2001. Yanchar worked at USC since 1990.
