Safety Deon Grant's hand to be evaluated

Posted by Danny O'Neil

Cornerback Josh Wilson and running back Julius Jones are each expected to be back at practice this week, prepared to return to the starting lineup when Seattle plays at St. Louis on Sunday.

Safety Deon Grant suffered an injury to his hand at some point in Sunday's game and will be seen by a hand specialist Tuesday in Seattle.

"We need to see what the hand specialist says," coach Jim Mora said. "It might be something significant. It might be something he's OK with."

It's a ligament issue that involves Grant's hand and wrist.

DT Red Bryant suffered a knee sprain, but should be OK to play Sunday.

Can someone tell me why Deon Branch is still on the roster? He counts for over 6.4 million against the cap. I guess I just don't understand...  Posted on November 23, 2009 at 7:19 PM by 166 forever. Jump to comment
