Jim Mora's Monday post-mortem

Posted by By Danny O'Neil

Left tackle Brandon Frye suffered a shoulder stinger during Sunday's game, and he is undergoing tests so there was no update on his status. Coach Jim Mora said any roster moves on the offensive line will await a determinationo of Frye's availability.

Left guard Mansfield Wrotto (ankle) and tackle Kyle Williams (knee) are expected to be OK for this week's game. Wrotto suffered a left ankle injury in the second quarter and was replaced by Steve Vallos though Wrotto continued to play on special-teams.

Safety C.J. Wallace suffered a hamstring strain that could cause him to miss time. He's having a magnetic-resonance image (MRI) taken to determine the severity of the injury. Cornerback Travis Fisher is expected to be OK for this week's game.

"We came out of the game relatively healthy," coach Jim Mora said. "Some of the guys that were nicked up and weren't able to finish weren't as bad as we thought."

LB Leroy Hill might be able to practice to a limited extent this week, but he won't be a consideration to play against Arizona this week.

  • DT Michael Bennett was claimed off waivers by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Bennett was the player released to make room for Williams' promotion from the practice squad to the 53-man roster.

  • CB Ken Lucas played Sunday, two days after learning his father had died unexpectedly. Here's a link to a story from the NFL Players Association that mentions Lucas' father, Clyde, who was previously diagnosed with lung cancer. Thanks to Matt Rybaltowski, Seahawks correspondent for CBS Sportsline's RapidReports who's Internet sleuthing found that story.

  • QB Matt Hasselbeck was fine physically Monday, Mora said. "He was fine," Mora said. "He didn't take any enormous hits."
