DE Derek Walker to be added to Seahawks practice squad

Seattle waived defensive end Derek Walker to make room for linebacker D.D. Lewis. Walker has cleared waivers, and will be re-signing with Seattle's practice squad on Tuesday.

Update: According to Scout.com, the Seahawks released C Blake Schlueter from the practice squad.
