Seahawks planning to play without Walter Jones, Matt Hasselbeck
Seahawks' left tackle will rest knee that has had two surgeries in 10 months for a couple of days and is not being counted on to play Sunday at the Indianapolis Colts. Seattle's quarterback also likely to be out.

RENTON — Walter Jones is taking a step back in his practice schedule, but Seahawks coach Jim Mora said it's not a setback.
"He still has some pain in that knee," Mora said. "So we're going to give him a couple of days of rest this week."
The Seahawks are planning as if they will be without Jones and quarterback Matt Hasselbeck, who suffered a fractured rib in San Francisco.
Jones has undergone two knee surgeries in the previous 10 months. He has practiced the past two weeks, but has yet to play in a game. He missed the last four games of 2008.
Jones' condition is complicated by the fact he cannot take anti-inflammatories, which could help ease the pain he is feeling during practice. In lieu of medication, the team will try rest.
"I don't want to characterize it as a setback," Mora said. "I think it's really just more the process of rehabilitation."
Jones, 35, went 10 seasons without missing a game because of injury, a streak that ended after his knee injury last year. He has chosen not to answer questions from reporters until after he returns to the field. Mora said he spoke with Jones on Monday afternoon, after which a decision was made to take some rest.
"He was only discouraged in the fact that he can't be on the field helping this team win," Mora said. "Because that's his goal. But in terms of being discouraged about how he felt physically, maybe a little, but not just where he was in the tank.
"More [he was] concerned like, 'I want to get right because I want to be on the field with my teammates helping them win.' 7
Notes
• CB Josh Wilson and LB Lofa Tatupu are expected to practice in a limited fashion Wednesday, which means they will participate in individual drills and then assess how much more they can do.
• T Brandon Frye (groin) and CB Jordan Babineaux (neck) are not going to practice, but expected to be OK for the game.
• G Rob Sims (oblique) won't practice Wednesday. The big test for his availability this week will be Thursday.
