Game of the Day

Denver at San Diego, 5:15 p.m., Channel 5

Denver is running out of bodies, San Diego is running out of time and only one of those two teams will end up running off to the playoffs. The Broncos lost running backs P.J. Pope and Selvin Young to injury last week, the sixth and seventh Denver running backs to be injured this season. The Chargers, meanwhile, were 4-8 just four weeks ago and now are in a position to claim a division title and the playoff berth with a victory.
