Who's your favorite superhero? I've got to say the Hulk. I just saw the new movie and it was great.
What's the toughest job you've ever had? Mowing grass in my neighborhood. It was before I got to high school. Man, it was like 100 degrees in North Carolina.
What did you bring to pass the time during training camp? A couple of books: The Bible, "Into Thin Air" by Jon Krakauer.
What convinced you to sign here as an undrafted free agent? I just like the winning atmosphere they have. They have a great group of guys out here and since I got out here, these guys are great, helping me out.

Offensive play of the day: One of Ben Obomanu's receptions during the morning practice. Pick one. The deep pass he caught beating cornerback Marcus Trufant's coverage and then catching the ball before safety Brian Russell came crashing over. Or perhaps the touchdown catch he made during 11-on-11 red-zone drills. Obomanu had quite a practice Tuesday morning.
Defensive player of the day: Linebacker Lance Laury made a pair of deflections while dropping into coverage on 7-on-7 passing drills. Once, he knocked the ball away from tight end John Carlson, the other time he deflected a pass aimed for Jordan Kent. Laury always played stout against the run. His coverage development is necessary for the Seahawks to maintain depth at linebacker after the free-agent departures of Niko Koutouvides and Kevin Bentley in the offseason.
Temper, temper: Nothing out of the ordinary for training camp, but offensive lineman Ray Willis and defensive end Baraka Atkins stayed engaged in a pretty tenacious block after a play during the morning practice. It's the third fracas in 12 days of training camp.
Road trip to new home: The Seahawks will hold this morning's practice at the team's new headquarters in Renton on the shore of Lake Washington. The practice is closed to the public. The Seahawks will relocate to the new headquarters beginning Aug. 18.
Engram unchanged: Nothing has changed about Bobby Engram this training camp. Not his steady hands at receiver. Not his vocal support of his teammates. Not his contract, either. He's still on the same deal, which has a year remaining, even after asking for a longer contract this offseason. And now? "There's a time to just shut up and play," Engram said. As for how he views the team's stance this offseason? "Their inactivity speaks for itself," he said.
