Worst job you've ever had? Moving sheet metal in my Dad's factory when I was in high school.
What's the CD people would be most surprised to learn you own? DJ Kool. From the Ed Lover Dance soundtrack.
Have you ever had a manicure? No. Will you ever have a manicure? No. Not that there's anything wrong with that. How about a pedicure? No. If you ever saw my feet you'd know.
Which was the first tattoo (he has six)? This one [pointing to his left biceps]. Is it a specific symbol? Well, alcohol was involved, and let's just leave it at that.

Offensive star of the day: Running back Julius Jones. If he runs the way he does in practice, the Seahawks' running game will have the toughness it seeks from that position. During the morning practice, Jones lowered a shoulder into CB Omare Lowe as he was forced out of bounds, laughing and smiling. Some time later, after being flattened by DE Chris Cooper, Jones had a nice cutback run that ended with him bowling over DB Jordan Babineaux.
Defensive star of the day: The honor instead goes to punter Reggie Hodges, who boomed seven high and long punts in a row during punt-return drills. Hodges, a 2005 sixth-round pick of the St. Louis Rams who hasn't made an NFL final roster in the previous two seasons, is the only healthy punter in camp because Ryan Plackemeier has a torn pectoral muscle.
Easy there: During the morning practice, safety Kelin Johnson, an undrafted rookie free agent from Georgia, put a tremendous lick on wide receiver Joel Filani. The crack of the pads was loud as Johnson sent Filani tumbling out of bounds. Immediately afterward, someone shouted "You can't do that!" from the sideline, and Johnson was scolded by a head-shaking defensive-backs coach Jim Mora as he ran back to the line of scrimmage. Coaches don't mind a little contact, but major wallops during training camp are frowned upon.
Snapshots: Tight end Jeb Putzier got spun around at the end of a play during the morning practice and accidentally backed into his boss, coach Mike Holmgren. Holmgren showed some balance, though, backpedaling and then hopping up and down with a smirk on his face as he regained his balance. Also, with rain falling intermittently in the morning, rookie DT Red Bryant asked OL Rob Sims after the first practice if he had an umbrella.
