KIRKLAND — The Seahawks signed three more of their draft choices Thursday, while moving closer to getting first-round pick Kelly Jennings under contract and into training camp.
Defensive end Darryl Tapp, the team's second-round choice, signed a four-year deal moments before departing team headquarters for training camp in Cheney.
Offensive guard Rob Sims, Seattle's fourth-round pick, and wide receiver Ben Obomanu, a seventh-round pick, also signed four-year pacts.
Financial terms of the deals were not available Thursday night.
The Seahawks have signed five of their six picks, with only Jennings remaining. And it appears the cornerback's signing is imminent. Jennings' agent works with the same company of agents who represent running back Shaun Alexander, and there is a history of productive negotiations between the agents and the Seahawks.
Notes
• Defensive tackles Marcus Tubbs and Rocky Bernard, who are both rehabilitating injuries, are most likely to return to practice around the second or third week of training camp.
