Roethlisberger missed the past three games after knee surgery, and Smith was out last week with a sprained ankle. Roethlisberger is 18-1 as a starter, 9-0 on the road.

About the Colts: Peyton Manning, the league's two-time MVP, is playing like it again as the Colts seek to go 11-0 and get the 400th win in franchise history. The Colts are also looking for a team-record 10th straight home win.

What to expect: The Steelers, the NFL's No. 6 rushing team, will try to run the ball as usual to keep the explosive Colts offense off the field. The Steelers' 6th-ranked defense otherwise will have its hands full.
