French fashion company Louis Vuitton reportedly plans to open a second Seattle-area store at the Bravern project in downtown Bellevue.
"All the demographics tell us it will be a very successful store," John Slavinsky, senior vice president for real estate and store planning at Louis Vuitton North America, told Bloomberg News.
Louis Vuitton, which already has a store in downtown Seattle, is the latest to sign on at the Bravern, a mixed-use project being built on five acres along Interstate 405. It includes two office buildings that Microsoft has leased, two condominium towers and 305,000 square feet of retail space anchored by Neiman Marcus.
Other announced tenants include Jimmy Choo and Red Door Spa by Elizabeth Arden. The shops are expected to open in fall 2009.
