Elizabeth Arden will open its first Seattle-area spa at the Bravern project off Interstate 405 in downtown Bellevue, developer Schnitzer West announced today.
Elizabeth Arden's Red Door Spa joins Neiman Marcus, Jimmy Choo, Wild Ginger, John Howie Steak and David Barton Gym on the Bravern's growing tenant roster.
Scheduled to open in 2009, the 6,000-square-foot spa will include nine treatment rooms, manicure stations, pedicure thrones and a hair salon. It becomes only the second Red Door location on the West Coast; the other is in San Francisco.
Schnitzer West also announced today that Bank of America will open a full-service branch at the Bravern along the NE Sixth Street side.
When finished, The Bravern will have two office buildings, 455 condo units and 305,000 square feet of retail space.
