Freeloader alert: Free ice cream at Scoop Fest, July 25
Full Tilt will scoop free ice cream for the first 300 comers in the shop's parking lot at 5041 Rainier Ave. S., Seattle, from 2-5 p.m. on Sunday, July 25. Also, The Femurs, Big Sur and Shenandoah Davis will play free, live music.

Scoop Fest sweetens up the Rainier Valley from 2-5 p.m. this Sunday, July 25. Full Tilt will scoop free ice cream for the first 300 comers in the shop's parking lot at 5041 Rainier Ave. S., Seattle. Also, The Femurs, Big Sur and Shenandoah Davis will play free, live music.
