Much to the delight of Democrats, Republican U.S. Senate candidate Dino Rossi is scheduled to speak at another real-estate investment seminar Tuesday.

It's an event advertised as answering a burning question surely on the minds of most voters: is now the right time to buy a million-dollar waterfront home?

The event will also teach investors how to make a big profit from buying and selling foreclosures. The seminar is sponsored by the same group of real-estate companies that hired Rossi for a similar talk last month.

There may be nothing wrong with buying foreclosures or even waterfront estates if you have that kind of money.

But it's not the greatest PR move for Rossi, who is already being labeled as an "establishment" candidate by Republican candidate and tea party favorite Clint Didier.

Democrats have gleefully publicized Rossi's involvement in the seminars, portraying him as a slick salesman more aligned with fat cat real estate speculators than regular folks.

"While most Washington families are working hard to make their mortgage, multi-million dollar real estate dealer Dino Rossi is just out of touch," said Democratic Party spokeswoman Anne Martens.

Rossi has dismissed such talk as a distraction from real issues -- like incumbent Sen. Patty Murray's support of burdensome taxes and deficit spending.

According to campaign spokeswoman Jennifer Morris, Rossi may have a couple more such seminars to fulfill a contract he signed last year before he knew he was running for the Senate.

Rossi has declined to say how much he is being paid for the events.
