Rossi announcement... still waiting
Posted by Jim Brunner
Update: video is up. See new post. If you still see old web site, restart your browser or go to YouTube
Republican Dino Rossi apparently decided to keep everyone waiting just a bit longer. His campaign said Tuesday it would publicly release a video announcing his U.S. Senate bid this morning at 7 a.m.
But as of 7:14, his web site still contains only a 2009 letter to supporters talking about his return to real estate following his 2008 loss to Gov. Chris Gregoire.
In an embargoed copy of his five-minute video provided to reporters last night, Rossi calls for repeal of the health care law passed by Congress, and a return to a more "limited" government.
I'll post my full report and link when the video is publicly available.
Politico's Ben Smith is bemused.
