Seattle public schools are promoting a nutritional education program where children learn where dairy products come from and the importance of calcium in growing bones. The Dairy Ambassador of Washington, Shannon Rodeffer accompanied Polly, a one-month-old calf to Greenwood Elementary School on Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2012.
