Scott Cash came from California just for the opening of the Nirvana exhibit at the Experience Music Project Saturday. This larger-than-life photo of Kurt Cobain is by local photographer Charles Peterson taken in 1990 in Seattle at the Motorsports Garage. Visitors are able to photograph at the exhibition but without flash.

Katelyn LaValley, left, Olivia Vedder and Nicole Vanderzanden can't help but laugh when they see a replay of their 90-second commentary on the band recorded in a booth at the exhibition. After pushing the "submit" button, the comments were soon played on a big screen outside the booth.
