8-person shells leave the Montlake Cut before making a sweeping U-turn to the finish line at the 2009 Head of the Lake Regatta Sunday morning, Nov. 8, 2009, in Seattle, Wash. The Classic Course from Lake Union to the University of Washington's Conibear Shellhouse was taken.
