Bernard Madoff fraud victims line-up at Federal District Court in Manhattan for the sentencing hearing for Madoff, who was convicted of running a multibillion-dollar ponzi scheme on June 29, 2009 in New York City. Madoff`s lawyer has asked for a 12 year sentence while federal prosecutors are requesting a sentence of 50 years. The judge sentenced 73-year old Madoff to 150 years in prison.
