Wedding cake photos

HOLLYHOCK'S India-inspired cake is a saffron and honey-flavored, moist bitter-almond cake layered with saffron-pastry cream and pears in acacia honey. The icing is honey-infused Italian buttercream with hand-painted white-chocolate band. As pictured, serves 150; $1,500 ($10 per serving).
