A turkey vulture floats on the wind looking for a meal near wind turbines at the giant wind farm development on Windy Point near Goldendale in Klickitat County. One of the largest wind power projects in the state is on Windy Point--the bluffs overlooking the Columbia Gorge near the town of Goldendale in Southern Washington State. The ridges are lined with wind turbine's that reflect the boom in this huge new power source.
