Amid the rush to buy commercial planes at the Farnborough airshow this week, aerospace companies showed off the latest drones set to play a growing role in combat. With unmanned aircraft already being used by NATO forces in Afghanistan for intelligence-gathering but also increasingly in an offensive role, manufacturers at Farnborough reported brisk sales last year.
