Riders stripped down to their underwear and swimsuits Sunday for the first-ever No Pants! Light Rail Ride, organized by Emerald City Improv. The event is Seattle's version of the "No Pants Subway Ride", a 9-year-old tradition that began in New York,which invites people to get together and ride the subway in their underwear as if it were the most normal thing.
