New Capitol Visitor Center Opens in Washington

Guests view a model of the U.S. Capitol dome after the opening ceremony for the new Capitol Visitor Center on December 2, 2008 in Washington, DC. The 580,000 square foot facility is located completely underground, beneath the Capitol's East Front.
