The signature piece in Gauguin & Polynesia, opening Thursday at Seattle Art Museum, is "Three Tahitians," his 1899 painting near the end of the tour of works. The exhibition runs through April 29 and will only show in Seattle and Copenhagen, Denmark. The exhibit includes 59 works by Gauguin and 60 Polynesian objects.
