Skip Dreps, with the Association of Washington Generals, rings a bell after each of eight names of soldiers are read at the Garden of Remembrance at 2nd and University. The names of eight soldiers who died in Iraq and Afghanistan were added today during a brief ceremony at the Garden of Remembrance outside Benaroya Hall at 2nd Ave and University St.
