City Council overrides Mayor's veto on the tunnel

Claude Ginsburg listens to the The Seattle City Council before they voted 8-1 to override Mayor Mike McGinn's veto, and proceed with plans to replace the Alaskan Way Viaduct with a tunnel. Opponents and supporters of the tunnel relayed their sentiments through a variety of ways during the lively meeting on Monday, Feb. 28, 2011.
