Friends of the Seattle Public Library Book Sale

While others scurry about, three-year-old Sasha Dumas of Seattle sits under a table, away from the fray, and checks out a books at the Friends of the Seattle Public Library Spring Book Sale Saturday at Magnuson Park in Seattle. He was there with his mom, who was just steps away. The sale will be held again Sunday from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. On Sunday, most books, cds, and dvds will cost only $.50. More than 250,000 books, cds, dvds, art prints and posters were available for sale Saturday, but there will still be plenty available on Sunday.
