Jeff McCord with Nickel Bros. house movers surveys the historic home that is for sale for one dollar. It will cost about $240,000 to move to another waterfront location. Designed by architect Paul Thiry and built in 1962, the home weighs an estimated 200-tons. If a new owner is not found it will be demolished.
