Tri Nguyen doffs his hat in anticipation of a little cooling mist offered by merchant Angela Graham at the Columbia City Farmers Market Wednesday. Graham, owner of "Sweet As Can Be Honey" offered the spritz of what by then had become warm water in hopes of keeping both herself and her customers cool despite temperatures that eclipsed 100 degrees.
