Gary Locke's career in Washington

1/23/2009: Former Washington State Governor Albert D. Rosellini, left, seated, blows out a blazing cake with 99 candles as he celebrates his 99th birthday in the presence of all the living Governors that followed him. Standing, from left, Mike Lowry, Christine Gregoire, John Spellman, Dan Evans, Booth Gardner (seated below Evans, and Gary Locke). Gov. Locke's birthday is the same day as Gov. Rosellini's, and he organized the annual birthday party. The cake had 99 candles and took three people to light it.
