07/09/1974: An organic billboard advertising the King County Fair was prepared by Terri Nakamura, 21, in the City Hall Park at Third Avenue and Yesler Way. Miss Nakamura painted on Snooky, a 1,400 pound dairy cow from the Kent area, while its owner, Pete Ellis, stood by to keep Snooky contented. The paint was washed off after the stunt.
