Ft. Lawton ceremony

Ray Snow, son of WWII veteran Sam Snow, accepted his father's honorable discharge papers Saturday during a tribute ceremony at Fort Lawton. Sam Snow was among the group of African American veterans who were part of an historic court martial in 1944.
