Ft. Lawton ceremony

The Hon. Ronald J. James, right, the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Manpower and Reserve Affairs, presents honorable discharge plaques to the families of the veterans who were part of an historic court martial in 1944 during a tribute ceremony Saturday at Fort Lawton. During his speech, James apologized to the veterans and their families for their unjust treatment.
