Justin Garrod, a light rail vehicle project manager, talks to Puget Sound area media, Sound Transit board members and other dignitaries on a tour through Sound Transit's light rail vehicle assembly facility in Everett, where the new light rail vehicles are being assembled. The section in front, which will be the under carriage for the trains, will be attached later when the trains are jacked up higher. The facility just received shipment of almost half of the light rail fleet that will carry passengers between downtown Seattle and Sea-Tac International Airport in 2009. (5/21/07)
