Trojan Nuclear Plant implosion

Seconds after the implosion began, people who gathered on the Washington side of the Columbia River to watch are left viewing a plume of dust as it drifts toward I-5. The cooling tower, a massive steam chimney, was never contaminated by radiation. The rest of the site was certified as safe and radiation-free last year. What's left of Trojan is being dismantled and cannibalized for its steel.
