Joel Tousley, 19, shot this photo of a beach near La Paz, Mexico, this summer. He intentionally printed it dark, drawing on a technique used by photographer Alfred Stieglitz. Tousley is a 2004 Chief Sealth graduate beginning classes at the University of Puget Sound.
