The Rock 'n' Roll Seattle Marathon, now in its fourth year, will start and finish in Seattle for the first time.

The start and finish line for the marathon and half-marathon on June 23 will be at Seattle Center. In the past, the race has started in Tukwila.

The races, which benefit the American Cancer Society, will be run on a revamped course that will try to highlight Seattle's surroundings and notable landmarks.

The event draws 26,000 runners, and features local bands playing along the course and a headliner concert and festival at the finish line.
