Tickets for the H206 Charity Basketball Classic, a celebration of basketball's contributions to the Pacific Northwest, are now on sale.

The exhibition game, to played at 2 p.m. July 23 at KeyArena, will feature current pro basketball players and Seattle legends. Brandon Roy, Aaron Brooks, Martell Webster, Isaiah Thomas, Michael Dickerson and Spencer Hawes already have committed to play.

"We're fortunate that so many skilled basketball players are from Seattle, and we commend these hometown heroes for participating in this game and for being so loyal to their city, their fans and these kids," said event mastermind Tavio Hobson, executive director of A PLUS Youth Program. "This will be the first time that a lot of these children will have the opportunity to experience a game of this caliber."

Tickets are available through Ticketmaster.com. Discount tickets will be available at the Rainier Vista Boys & Girls Club in Seattle.

Note

• Four high-school seniors have signed letters of intent with Western Washington softball: Cheyenne Best (third base, Sedro-Woolley), Tayler Blumenfeld (outfield, Lake Stevens), Janelle Kasch (pitcher, Snohomish) and Matti Tetzlaff (shortstop, Jackson).

Also added to Western's roster is walk-on Allie Crowe, an outfielder at Jefferson.
