Dawn Harper, last year's Olympic gold medalist, took the 100 hurdles in 12.36. Ginnie Powell, a 2002 graduate of Rainier Beach High School in Seattle, was runner-up in 12.47 and will be on the U.S. squad that competes at the world championships, an event that starts Aug. 15 in Berlin.
The 25-year-old Powell, a college standout at USC, won the U.S. title in 2006 and 2007.
Felix, 23, won in a wind-aided 22.02 seconds. The Olympic silver medalist in the 200 in 2004 and 2008, Felix previously won U.S. titles in the event in 2004, 2005, 2007 and 2008.

Bershawn Jackson, last year's Olympic bronze medalist in the event, triumphed in the 400 hurdles in 48.03.
Christian Cantwell, last year's Olympic silver medalist, won the shot put (71 feet, 7-¼ inches).

Will Andy Murray end Britain's 73-year wait for a male singles champion at the All England Club?
Will American Venus Williams become the first woman since Steffi Graf in 1991 through 1993 to win the title three years in a row, bringing her career haul to six?
Players had a day off Sunday, but all 16 men's and women's fourth-round matches are scheduled for today.
Federer, seeded second, plays No. 13 Robin Soderling of Sweden on Centre Court in a rematch of this month's French Open final, won by Federer. No. 3 Williams faces No. 13 Ana Ivanovic of Serbia.

Roper started for Oregon last season before injuring his knee: Former Oregon quarterback Justin Roper has confirmed he will transfer to Montana.
Roper started for Oregon until he injured his knee in the third week of the season. The 6-foot-6 junior confirmed his decision to play for the Griz in an interview with The Missoulian.
Oregon coach Chip Kelly said last month that Roper made the decision to leave after emerging from spring drills behind Ducks starter Jeremiah Masoli, but Roper said, "I started thinking about it in bowl practice this past season."
By transferring from a major-college program to one in a lower tier of Division I, Roper is eligible to play this year.
North Carolina State linebacker faces charges after car wreck: Officials say Nate Irving, a North Carolina State linebacker, has been charged with careless and reckless driving after a wreck that broke his leg and collapsed a lung.
Capt. Everett Clendenin, a Highway Patrol spokesman, said Irving's vehicle ran off the road twice before striking two trees at about 4:40 a.m. Sunday.
Clendenin said troopers believe Irving, 20, might have fallen asleep at the wheel.
School officials said Irving's injuries are not life threatening.
Irving had 84 tackles as a sophomore last year despite missing almost one-third of the season because of injuries.
Lawsuit settled in death of Rice player: The family of former Rice player Dale Lloyd II, who died during a conditioning workout in 2006, has settled its lawsuit with the school and the NCAA, which has agreed to recommend that its member universities test all athletes for sickle cell trait.
