SPU women win
Senior midfielder Meredith Teague scored the first two goals, leading the ninth-ranked Seattle Pacific women to a 3-0 nonconference win Thursday over Notre Dame de Namur in Seaside, Calif.
The Falcons (5-0-1) netted all three goals inside the opening 16 minutes and cruised to their fifth consecutive victory.
SPU shut out its third straight opponent. Freshman forward Brandi Hamre of Bremerton capped the scoring with her first collegiate goal.
