Klitschko takes unanimous decision: Wladimir Klitschko of Ukraine is one belt closer to being the undisputed heavyweight champion after a dominant victory Saturday night at Madison Square Garden in New York.

Klitschko won a unanimous decision over Sultan Ibragimov, successfully defending his IBF title and claiming the Russian's WBO belt.

"I'm happy to have three belts," said Klitschko, who also holds the IBO title.

Klitschko (50-3) won by scores of 119-110, 118-110 and 117-111.

Ruslan Chagaev is the WBA champion. Oleg Maskaev holds the WBC title.

Tennis

Russians advance: Maria Sharapova defeated Agnieszka Radwanska of Poland 6-4, 6-3 to set up an all-Russian final at the Qatar Open in Doha.

Sharapova will play Vera Zvonareva in the final today. Zvonareva rallied to defeat Li Na of China 3-6, 6-3, 6-3.

Stepanek defeats Ginepri: Radek Stepanek of the Czech Republic advanced to today's final of the SAP Open in San Jose, Calif., beating American Robby Ginepri 6-7 (5-7), 6-4, 6-1.

American Andy Roddick defeated Guillermo Garcia-Lopez of Spain 7-6 (7-2), 6-1 in the other semifinal.

College football

Alabama standout Johnson charged with disorderly conduct: Alabama safety Rashad Johnson, 22, was charged with disorderly conduct for allegedly knocking down a security guard at a bar, police said. Johnson, a first-team All-Southeastern Conference player, was released on $500 bond.

Iowa players arrested: Two Iowa players — receiver James Lee Cleveland and quarterback Arvell Nelson, both 19 — were taken into custody by campus police after officers said they found marijuana and prescription drugs in the athletes' dormitory room.

Former Ole Miss quarterback dies: Eagle Day, a quarterback at Mississippi in the 1950s, died Friday in Nashville, Tenn. He was 75.

Soccer

Arsenal is held to a draw: First-place Arsenal was held to a 2-2 draw by lowly Birmingham City in an English Premier League match in which Eduardo da Silva of the Gunners had his leg broken when tackled by Martin Taylor.

Arsenal's lead was reduced to three points because Manchester United won 5-1 at Newcastle.

Galaxy is third: David Beckham helped the Los Angeles Galaxy beat Sydney FC of Australia 2-1 for third place in the Pan-Pacific Championship exhibition tournament in Honolulu.

Track and field

Walker soars to victory: Brad Walker, a former Washington Husky, won the pole vault at the AT&T USA Indoor Track & Field Championships in Boston. He cleared 18 feet, 8-¼ inches.

"I was pleased with the way I competed today," Walker said. "For some reason, it's tough to get a really good mark here. Not sure why."

Cycling

Leipheimer keeps lead: Defending champion Levi Leipheimer of the Astana team maintained his 49-second lead in the Tour of California, and Luciano Pagliarini of the Saunier Duval team won stage six because of a penalty to Mark Cavendish of High Road.

Pagliarini crossed the line behind Cavendish in the 105-mile Santa Barbara road race in 4 hours, 18 minutes, 31 seconds. But Cavendish was penalized 20 seconds for riding into the slipstream of a vehicle; he was relegated to 74th in the stage. The event ends today.

Horse racing

Einstein makes his supporters look smart: Einstein held off 37-1 shot Dancing Forever by a neck to win the Grade I Gulfstream Park Turf in Hallandale Beach, Fla. The 6-year-old, trained by Helen Pitts and ridden by Jose Lezcano, ran 1-3/8 miles on the firm course in 2 minutes, 12-4/5 seconds.

Brazil-bred Einstein paid $8 to win in the $273,000 race.

Reba Is Tops prevails: Washington-bred Reba Is Tops, a 4-year-old filly trained by Bud Klokstad and ridden by Russell Baze, won the $57,810 Bay Meadows Distaff Sprint by a length over 18-1 shot La Cocasse in San Mateo, Calif.

Reba Is Tops ran 6 furlongs on a sloppy track in 1:10-1/5 and paid $5.80.
