Two snare Week 6 Guesser honors

Two long-time players fought to a tie in Week 6 of The Seattle Times' Guest Guesser contest, each correctly picking the outcome of 17 of 20 football games -- and scoring identical results in the tie-breaker games.

Two long-time players fought to a tie in Week 6 of The Seattle Times' Guest Guesser contest, each correctly picking the outcome of 17 of 20 football games -- and scoring identical results in the tie-breaker games.

Scott Wall, of Kirkland, and Kenneth Penaluna, of North Bend, have played the game for nine and 25 years, respectively. They split the $200 pot, and become eligible for championship week, when only weekly winners play for a trip for two to the Super Bowl.

There were 8,641 entries in Week 6.

The prize for a perfect game is now $1,500, while the weekly prize for the top score is $200. If you'd like to enter, play at www.seattletimes.com/guestguesser.
