NEW YORK — Democratic presidential candidate Dennis Kucinich filed a complaint with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) on Friday after ABC News excluded him, fellow Democrat Mike Gravel and Republican Duncan Hunter from today's debates.
Kucinich said ABC is violating equal-time provisions by keeping him out of the debate. ABC said the candidates left out of the debates failed to meet benchmarks for support outlined to each campaign before the Iowa caucuses.
The Republican debate will include Mike Huckabee, John McCain, Rudy Giuliani, Fred Thompson, Mitt Romney and Ron Paul. It starts at 7 p.m.
Shortly after that 90-minute forum, Democrats Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, John Edwards and Bill Richardson will take the stage for their forum.
Charles Gibson will moderate both debates at St. Anselm College in Manchester.
Clinton's motorcade edges out Obama's
CONCORD, N.H. — Hillary Rodham Clinton may have lost to Barack Obama in the race for Iowa, but she exacted her revenge in the race out of Iowa.
In the wee hours Friday, Clinton's motorcade arrived seconds before Obama's motorcade at the Signature Aviation terminal in Des Moines. The cars in Clinton's motorcade then fanned out on the tarmac as she boarded her plane, making it impossible for Obama's motorcade to reach his airplane.

Huckabee son: Republican presidential candidate Mike Huckabee's oldest son, John Mark, 31, was treated at a Des Moines, Iowa, hospital and released after being injured in a car accident Friday.
Huckabee on TV: Huckabee is scheduled to appear on CBS' "Late Show" with David Letterman on Monday night.
