Life would suck without Kelly Clarkson. So fans will be happy to note the pop singer is making Seattle one of 32 stops on her just-announced North American tour.
She'll play WaMu Theater on Nov. 24. Tickets for some stops on the Oct. 2-Dec. 13 tour begin to go on sale on Aug. 15; check in at www.kellyclarkson.com for on-sale dates for the Seattle show.
Clarkson, winner of the inaugural season of "American Idol" in 2002, is touring in support of her recently released album "All I Ever Wanted." The first single from that recording, "My Life Would Suck Without You," jumped from No. 97 to No. 1 on the Billboard charts in its first week of release.
The Veronicas and Parachute will open for Clarkson in Seattle.
