A multi-world concert kicks off tomorrow. And to enjoy it, you don't even have to leave the world you're in — even if that world is your house, with you in your pajamas. Just rock out virtually.
Called "Rocking the Metaverse," the show kicks off 1 p.m. Tuesday, June 2, at www.metaplace.com.
The concert brings live music to several virtual worlds, such as Second Life, Opensim (Reaction Grid), Metaplace and Twinity.
Music ranges from electronica to drum 'n' base. Artists will include Grace McDunnough, Slim Warrior, Dizzy Banjo and DJ Doubledown Tandino. They will all be performing with their instruments and microphones connected to their computers.
