A&E Dispatch | Smucker's Stars on Ice coming back to Seattle
Smucker's Stars on Ice, starring Sasha Cohen, will come to Seattle's KeyArena on Jan. 24; tickets go on sale Nov. 21.
Seattle Times NWTicket editor
The professional ice-skating tour Smucker's Stars on Ice will skate through KeyArena early next year, with Olympic silver-medalist Sasha Cohen headlining again. The nimble, gravity-defying Cohen, who pocketed her medal at the 2006 Olympic Games, will be joined by plenty of other hardware-winning skaters, including Jeffrey Buttle (2008 World Champion), Todd Eldredge (former World Champion and six-time U.S. Champion), Michael Weiss (three-time U.S. champ), Ilia Kulik (another former World Champion), and many other stars.
The tour, founded and produced by Scott Hamilton, will be at the Key at 3 p.m. Jan. 24. A portion of the tour's proceeds benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
Tickets, $24-$119, go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 21, at the KeyArena box office in Seattle Center and Ticketmaster outlets (206-628-0888 or www.ticketmaster.com).
More information and group sales details: 253-839-4202 or www.starsonice.com.
