Archie fans — today is your day.
Yep, "American Idol" boy wonder David Archuleta is coming to town Tuesday, and all day today, Monday, Oct. 20, Seattle hit-music station 106.1 KISS-FM is giving away tickets to see him in person at the radio station.
It's a listen-to-win deal, so tune in to the station or listen online — http://kissfmseattle.com — where you can also find more details on Archuleta's studio appearance, scheduled for 7 a.m. Tuesday. A station rep said Archie will "meet and greet" with the fans after the on-air interview during "Jackie and Bender," which airs mornings from 5 to 10.
Archuleta, a sweet-voiced 17 year old who rose to fame last season on "American Idol" (where he was runner up to David Cook), is riding the wave of a successful single, "Crush," and plenty of anticipation for his debut, self-titled CD, coming out next month.
